The Samson Strap is guaranteed for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase against manufacturer's defects during normal and appropriate use.
Shipping
FREE UPS Ground shipping within the Continental United States.
2nd Day or Next Day Air Shipping will require a freight quote prior to placing an order. Contact Samson Strap at (801) 589-1459 or e-mail samsonstrap@gmail.com.
International Shipping
International customers placing online orders outside the United States will be contacted immediately after the order has been submitted and given a freight quote. Freight for international orders is not calculated at the time the order is placed online. Freight quotes can be received prior to placing an order by contacting Samson Strap at (801) 589-1459 or e-mail samsonstrap@gmail.com.

All returns must be authorized prior to return.
Claims
All claims for shortages or errors must be made immediately upon receipt of order to Samson Strap by phone at 801-589-1459. Items held more than (30) thirty days from date of receipt will not be accepted for credit.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price, Samson Strap reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Samson Strap reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Samson Strap will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
