After more than 30 years in the fire service here is a simple and efficient back saving device that truly works as advertised! The thin strap design makes it easy to place beneath a fallen patient, and the multiple handles make finding a safe lifting position simple.

I have had the opportunity to use the Samson Strap on numerous patients with a great deal of ease and success. Prior to adding the strap to our ALS/BLS equipment, these patients had to be muscled up to the gurney from very bad positions causing numerous back injuries in the department. The strap just plain works, it helps reduce injuries and body substance exposures by keeping you from bear hugging the patient to move them. A great product for moving patients.

I am a firefighter and know firsthand the benefits of using the samson strap. I have responded to numerous medical calls where size of the patient, limited access to that patient, manpower, and maintaining as little movement to the patient as possible in order to prevent further pain and injury are all pressing issues. It is in these types of situations that the Samson Strap has been an invaluable tool and why I would recommend it to anyone.
